Mowing the Lawn!

That was brutal!!  I decide to cut the grass in the front, really, just because I don’t want to have to cut it tomorrow night but, really, I have to cut it as both my neighbours have beautifully manicured lawns.  So I go outside, its friggin freezing, cold and windy ugh!!  So I am thinking that I would rather poke my eyes out than be out here right now.  Luckily I left the front door open so I could go in the house to get some gloves.  So that feels a little better (really I try to enjoy this experience)   So I continue on and the lawn mower is getting slower and slower and I just know it is not going to last for the full lawn.   It practically dies out so I take it back to the garage to charge up.  I give it about an hour enough time for me to make dinner.   Back out I go, gloves on, ready to just get it finished and it was sounding good and then ……… nothing.  Grass is still not cut and now it will have to wait till tomorrow (well if it is not raining)  Have not tackled the back yard yet and it is looking pretty scary.   I think I need help!!

About Kimberley

I am a Case Manager at My Sisters' Place which is a program of the Canadian Mental Health Association London Middlesex. My Sisters' Place is a program for vulnerable women. I love my job and all the wonderful women I work with. I am very honored to do this work with women who have been through so much and are so open in sharing their stories. I initiated and designed a Clearing Clutter Support Group which I have been facilitating since 2007 with a co-worker. I love running this group and learn so much from the participants. We offer this eight week program three or four times a year. I started my business Space For You in 2010 and work with individuals in their homes as well as offer some workshops in the community. I am available to speak to groups on "De-Cluttering Your Life", "The Magic of De-Cluttering", "Space Clearing" or really anything to do with clutter and hoarding.
